Our domestic guests who do not have a Schengen visa must obtain a gate visa in order to participate in the Rhodes tour. You must submit your door visa application at least 5 days in advance. The current fee for the gate visa is 80 €. Door visa applications generally receive a positive response, but there is a possibility of rejection from time to time. In case of refusal, unfortunately, the 80 € fee paid for the visa process cannot be returned to you. The documents required for the door visa process are listed below. In case you send the documents required for the door visa to our address, the procedures will be initiated by us on your behalf.

Required Conditions and Documents for Door Visa (Currently Closed)

• Photocopy of the photo page of the passport valid for at least 6 months
• 2 newly taken biometric photos (white background)
• Current bank passbook copy
• Visa application form completed by you (This form will be sent to you by e-mail)
• Round-trip ferry ticket (This ferry ticket is sold by our company)
• Confirmed hotel reservation form (Hotel reservation is not required for daily visits)
• Passenger statement regarding waiting time on arrival in Greece
• Warning: Ferbiot round trip fee is also collected together with the visa fee. Only the ferry ticket fee is refunded for our guests who are not granted a visa on the Greek side. (The visa fee charged is not refundable.)
